2. Consultation Call: Schedule a complimentary 30-minute virtual or in-person consultation. This is where we discuss your love story, cultural elements, must-have shots, and package options (ranging from $1,500 to $5,000+). We’ll answer all your questions and provide a custom quote.

3. Review Proposal: After the call, you’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining your tailored package, including full-day coverage (8-12 hours), post-production editing, and the complimentary engagement session (valued at $500). Review it at your leisure and let us know if you’d like any adjustments.

4. Secure Your Date: Once you’re ready, sign the digital contract and submit a 50% non-refundable retainer via our secure online portal. This locks in your date—remember, we book limited weddings per year, so early action is key!

5. Engagement Session: Enjoy your free engagement shoot at a scenic San Francisco Bay Area location. This session helps us connect, eases any camera shyness, and gives you beautiful pre-wedding photos to use for save-the-dates or announcements.

6. Planning Touchpoints: In the months leading up, we’ll have check-ins to refine timelines, scout locations, and incorporate any special requests. You’ll have access to our client portal for easy communication and inspiration sharing.

7. Wedding Day Magic: On your big day, our team arrives prepared to capture every candid moment and artistic portrait with high-end equipment and a non-intrusive approach.

8. Delivery and Beyond: Expect edited photos in 4-6 weeks and videos in 6-8 weeks via a private online gallery. Add-ons like albums or prints can be ordered anytime. We’re here for life—many couples return for family sessions!
